Our Hiring Process - What to expect
As in any successful relationship, it must be a two way fit. If you have the right skills and experiences, we think you'll enjoy getting to know us better.
The following process helps us find a good match. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we will only contact you after each stage if you have been successful.

1. Submit your resume with cover letter and salary history
2. A brief phone interview with a MaCher team member to assess your experience
3. Complete an online assessment via peopleanswers.com
4. Interview 1: initial interview
5. Interview 2: interview to include a practical skills evaluation
6. Employment offer, subject to reference checking and various background checks using our employment verification agency
